Overall Policy

If you contact us about any purchase you have made here for classes in the ʻŌlelo Online Virtual Classroom during the first two weeks of the Session, we can either refund you or move your registration to a future Session. Generally, once the Session is well underway and starting its third week, we do not offer refunds. We would need to talk about extenuating circumstances, however.

Future Plans For This Policy

We will be filling out this Refund Policy to include not only virtual products like Virtual Classroom registrations, but also the policy as it applies to physical goods sales.
